Welcome to Lifestyle Fitness and Yoga—a place that Sandy Snooknanan and I; Seh Tasetano built from our shared passion, purpose, and commitment to community.
Since 2006, Sandy has been deeply rooted in the practice and teaching of yoga, bringing wisdom, compassion, and grace to everyone she meets. I began my journey in 2009, dedicating myself to fitness and the empowerment of individuals through the knowledge of movement. Together, we set out to create something more than just a studio—we envisioned a space where body, mind, and spirit could be nurtured as one.
At Lifestyle Fitness and Yoga, we blend the mindful practice of yoga with the energizing power of fitness. It’s a place where gentle, sustainable strength is built alongside thoughtful recovery. Honoring the unique journey of each person who walks through our doors. Every class is guided by our experience, compassion, and belief that wellness should be accessible, welcoming, and deeply personal.
